Contract

Hriczak Electrical Contracting LLC agrees to do all the work stated above, in compliance with the NEC and local jurisdictions. A 50% deposit is required at the signing of the contract. The remaining 50% is due upon the completion of the Job(s). Any additional work and or material will be an extra charge for material and labor. Permit and inspection fees will be an additional fee on top of the estimate price, and are to be billed at the time of the invoice   Any unforeseen issues or complications at no fault of Hriczak Electrical Contracting will be billed above and beyond the price in the estimate as time and material  Hriczak Electrical Contracting LLC is not responsible for drywall painting and/or repairs. nor responsible for access holes in any wall required to pull wire and or cable.  Hriczak Electrical Contracting is not responsible for any existing electrical circuits, wiring, breakers, panels and or devices not worked on by Hriczak Electrical Contracting LLC  Hriczak Electrical Contracting Reserves the right to back charge the homeowner or general contractor for material price increases. If prices are increased at time of purchase Hriczak Electrical Contracting LLC will provide a bill of difference with supply house invoice to show increase to homeowner or general contractor. Hriczak Electrical Contracting will put material out to quote at multiple supply outlets to get the best price possible for its customers. This goes with inflation, deflation, and supply and demand.   The price in all Estimates at this time is valid for 7 day from date on the estimate, due to the ever changing cost of materials, especially copper.   Any and all unforeseen issues, are subject to an additional labor charge above and beyond the original estimate at the time of invoicing to be paid by the homeowner or General Contractor.  All credit card transactions are subject to a 4% convenience fee  Any and all invoices are subject to late fees, after the terms stated on the invoice expire  Full Payment is due at the time of completion of the job
